1. Who You Are Contracting With

These Terms govern your use of Margin Mastery Money (the "Service"), provided by Father's Business Mastery Resources ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Margin Mastery Money is a faith-based zero-based budgeting application that helps you track income, assign money to categories, manage debts, and set savings goals.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to send spam.
  • Infringe any intellectual property or other rights.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing or scanning, or scraping content.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without permission.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its underlying software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans are processed through SureCart. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the checkout terms presented at purchase and our Refund Policy.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. No Financial Advice

Margin Mastery Money is a budgeting tool. Information presented in the app is for general and educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
